Patient Access is used to access reports and images for patients of Harbour Radiology. You should always discuss your report with your doctor before you read the report yourself.
When you leave your Harbour Radiology they should provide you with a 'Patient ID' and an 'Accession Number' that you can use together with your name and date of birth details to register for a username and password. Once you have a login name and have set a password you can use these login details again without the need to register if you have another study done.
Patient Access allows you to view diagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images or attachments for these studies by clicking the 'View Images' button at the bottom of the report.
