My daughter has an iPhone and loves this app. She mentioned it to me because I was looking for a sound machine I could hear rain sounds to help me fall asleep. I was excited to find the app on my Samsung Galaxy, but it not the same. The app is very clean on the iPhone, it's extremely cartoony on Samsung, very disappointing. I'm going to try it, but I honestly can't get past the cartoon deer, the font and look of the app.

The interface is slightly different than on iOS. There is not the option for a male voice in mindful meditation. The sounds are different too. And that's all very well. The disturbance lies in the fact that there seems to be noise on the microphone from the speaker. And as soon it is stillness, in between speaking, you can hear the mic being turned off/on. Same with the bell, and other sounds. I would like it more to be like the iOS-version, that one is 5 stars for me.

This has been my go-to meditation app for the past two years at least. However, I have previously used it with an iPhone and now I have an Android. I'm having a hard time adapting to this version of the app. The background sounds and chimes are different, and the one I used all the time (Tibetan Om) for unguided meditations has the same title but it is a totally different track. I had a good thing going before. Why is the app so different?
