Unable to login, but when click forgot password, they just send a useless links which redirect you to nothing.Not only once, and all the links sent are still useless. Dont say "sorry we will try give a better service" when there another users from past few month already complaint the problem but u guys still didnt resolve it.

Cannot login eventhough I know the username n password. Recover username/password but it shows my account didn't exist. But when tried to register again, it says the account w/ that enail address is already exist. Frustrating.

DO NOT RENEW YOUR ROADTAX HERE!!! Its almost 3 weeks now and i still waiting for my roadtax sticker to be sent to the address that i asked(not for free). Everytime i tried calling customer service no answer.
