App registration is broken. Tried to log in with the Google account option, it didn't work. So I tried with an email address. Putting in my date of birth was a pain in the backside. You have to tap through the calendar month by month and can't just type it in. The app got stuck trying to log in. I'm only using this because someone got me a gift card and it's the only way I can access it. Edited because they have very quick and good customer support.

Terrible app. Why does the app require all my personal data just to retrieve a gift card! Poor UI for sign up, and the user journey is unintuitive. Does not provide a way to exercise your GDPR right to be forgotten. After being passed through to a website from the app, you are not logged in, and the credentials used in the app do not appear to work on the resulting site for login.

Took all of 3 minutes to sign up and activate my gift card, none of the issues previous reviewers have had. If spending it proves difficult I'll come back and amend this review, but no complaints whatsoever so far.
