- vipassana: vipassana refers to one of the oldest meditation techniques in India and one of the main techniques of Theravada Buddhism, although it also appears in somewhat different forms in Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism.
Vipassana is the process of self-purification through self-observation.
- mbsr: mbsr is a psycho-educational program that for 8 weeks trains and cultivates full consciousness or Mindfulness so that each participant can develop resilience by cultivating internal resources with which to deal effectively with stress, discomfort or pain. - merkaba meditation: There are Geometric Energy Fields around our body and we humans can activate them at our will.
By activating this Geometrical Energy Field, by "turning it on" and spinning it, it becomes a meditation merkaba.
The word Merkaba is composed of three syllables with their own meaning that come from the ancient Egyptian:
-Mer: refers to a specific type of Light. They are two fields against rotating Light rotating in the same space and that are generated by specific breathing patterns.
-Ka: refers to the personal or individual Spirit.
-Ba: refers to the physical body and physical reality.

The Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program integrates Mindfulness practices with cognitive science. Created by the Williams, Teasdale and Segal professors for the prevention of relapses in recurrent depressions, its scope of application has evolved to be delivered to a much broader range of people and settings: clinical, educational and general population, based on understanding deep of the factors that cause psychological distress.
