I just downloaded this app today. After having it ten years ago for my two older kids. I liked it before. But I just paid for a year subscription, and the app keeps crashing. If it doesn't start working correctly soon, I'm going to request a refund. Update: the advice given was to Uninstall then Re-install the app. That has not made a difference. I keep getting the message that the app is not responding: close app or wait.

So far so good. We did a 1 mo. free trial, and then it was $12.99 monthly. After another good month of my 2 kids enjoying this (3.5 and 6) I decided to committ to the annual plan they had a deal running and I paid I think around $45 for the full year. Good deal. There is an option to be able to get more feedback on their progress for an additional fee but it's not necessary for us and easy to skip. Easy for my kids to navigate and use. No problems thus far. 👌

This is awful. I've paid a year subscription and it won't work! I raised my stars. Like I loved the games for my daughter. I'm just sad I lost 7 months of the year I paid for since I tried forever to get a response. I finally decided to try back after removing the app, and emailing over and over. I guess they have some better help with customer service and a live contact now.
