✋🏼 1) How to get Harinam Ruchi by Nitainam Lekhan?
Write the ten Devanagari strokes of the offenseless “निताइ” (Nitai) mantra one by one in the air with the top part of your palm. Write each stroke in large size with slow movements on top of each other in the air in front of you. The writing sequence is shown above by the arrows. Minutely visualize in your mind or in the air the shape of each stroke as you write one by one. This visualization is of the parts of each stroke which are left behind for a second in your mind’s sensory memory one by one, just after your palm has moved a little ahead on writing them (Sparkler’s trail effect). Eyes can be kept closed or open. As you do it, you can also sing or hear the Nitai mantra, if it helps in visualizing. Repeat this as per your ease and comfort. You can do it for at least 15 minutes daily before or after Harinam. You may also remember the transcendental meanings of each stroke as you visualize.
🌷 2) Why to do Nitainam Writing for Harinam Ruchi?
You can get instant taste and absorption in your daily 16-64 rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra japa, kirtan, and harikatha by airwriting and visualizing Nitai’s merciful name (निताइ) for at least 15 mins daily. It quickly awakens the powerful remembrance of the form, qualities, and pastimes in Harinam and Harikatha.
