the food is good, but the delivery service is not. after waiting an hour, the app showed that my food had been delivered when it wasn't, I called the restaurant only to have them tell me to be patient and proceeded to wait another 43 minutes. so there's clearly no live tracking on the app and boost their statistics, they mark food as delivered after an certain time when it wasn't. Bad Service.

It's a very useless app with no bloody tracking and support system. I wasted an hour, tried to get support also through the app but no such process exists. Started the bot chat and was asked to call the branch - what a stupid system! Upon phoning the branch they said they don't have a driver to deliver and asked me to come and collect instead even though I was paying for delivery charges. No way I'm using this app again!!!

Good morning I am dissatisfied with the service I got last night. so what happened is I placed my order around 6:39 pm and waited for my order up until 9:22 pm ..it was my first time experiencing this kind of service like am not happy at all coz they also didn't deliver the coke that I paid R34.90 for I hope they fix this. I had to call and ask for feedback since the app wasn't allowing me to track my order, I had trusted them way more that they disappointed me yesterd,the meal was cold as well
