Ratings and reviews

It's been 4 hours since I ordered and when I track it it says Delivered but I haven't received the order yet, when I called the driver he was rude to me and now when I call him the calls don't go through..... I don't know whether he blocked me or what. Very bad service..... When I call the company they say that I have to "wait" for the driver ... I can't even track him on the app.

I made an order around 7 in the evening and it was delivered an hour and 30 minutes later. I wasn't really impressed with the service and I wasn't even able to track how far my order is. Hopefully the service is much better than yesterday next time.

So far this is the number 1 restaurant app that is easy to use and reliable. They just need to fix the track driver part
