Good app BUT it needs independent volume control from the rest of my phone! I keep my phone on loud at night incase of emergency. But when 9 people call in for the same accident I get woke up and it's incredibly annoying.
I have an android galaxy light and when I play an agency the voices are in slow motion and I can't understand the words they are saying but when I get on my brothers iPhone it is fine. Idk what to do
This is one of most important progress in the medicine in the last years. Why not to be able to Save a Life. You can make all the difference in emergency cases of myocardial infarcts, electric shocks etc. Think about that possibility. You can be a real Angel
Galaxy Nexus/Samsung Tab 2 App works great for me. Use it to help monitor Livermore/Pleasanton Fire as well as Alameda County. Usually end up getting alerts a minute or so before the 'over the air dispatch' takes place. I love the last update with being able to monitor both agencies at the same time. My only complaint, and it's just a small annoyance, is I keep the Tab 2 in the garage on it's side in a protective stand, and this app doesn't seem to support screen rotation. I seem to recall the older versions doing so. All in all I gotta give props to Pulsepoint as well as ACFD/LPFD for embracing the technology Pulsepoint brings.
Samsung S5 Works well for LVFR. Use this for my roadside assistance job. Alerts me when fire & rescue are dispatched. Would be helpful to be able to choose the sound for the notifications, and the text color scheme needs to be rethought, as some colors are difficult to see to read the small print... such as the unit designations that were dispatched.
No longer working Latest update today has caused it to no longer work. Hangs up at loading screen. Great app while working. Will revise rating once it's fixed.
