With "Real Time CPR Guide" this is not going to happen.
As a CPR course instructor, lots of students told me that "in times of stress I would never be able to remember what to do, and I would probably prefer not to perform CPR".
"Real Time CPR Guide" comes to resolve this fear, because the application displays the CPR flow in an easy and intuitive way.
Furthermore, with "Real Time CPR Guide" you can learn how to perform CPR the correct way and also remember its steps.
In time of need, the application will guide you through the correct flow steps and will explain to you how to perform each step.
"Real Time CPR Guide" displays videos without network connection so you can take it with you whereever you go.
NOTE - If you have comments, an idea how to improve this application or if you find bug, I would really appreciate if you contact me so I can make this application better.
CPR Metronome was written by a paramedic for EMS personnel to solve two common problems with CPR resuscitation by EMS providers: compressions which are too slow and ventilating the patient too fast.
To address these problems, CPR Metronome plays a sound at 110 beats per minute (to coincide with the currently-recommended guidelines for compressions) to give an audible cue to the correct compression rate; it's pretty simple... when the app clicks, compress the chest. To solve the problem of over-bagging the patient, a gong sounds 12 times per minute to indicate when to ventilate.
Both sounds are combined into a single audio track that loops indefinitely until the app is stopped. The best practice is to open the app when you're enroute to a call, then as you approach the patient, tap "Start CPR", clip the phone back on your belt, and go to work just like normal. CPR Metronome will begin a stopwatch from the time you begin so you know exactly how long CPR has been in progress and will play the audible signal to keep time for you to ensure an optimal compression and ventilation rate. In addition to providing a timer for the optimal rate of compressions and ventilations, having the sound playing as you're working the patient provides an audible cue to remind you that the patient has no blood flow when you stop compressions, and reminds you that compressions need to be resumed as quickly as possible.
CPR Metronome cost me a bundle to develop, but I truly believe in high quality CPR, so I am giving it away for free to get it in as many providers' hands as possible. The only thing I ask is that you check out my other apps, OmniMedix, EasyECG, and OmniFire, and consider purchasing one or more of them; by doing so, you can help me offset my development costs for CPR Metronome, as well as help me out in sort of a "crowdfunding campaign" as I currently try to pay for the very expensive process of applying to and interviewing for medical school, with the goal of some day being a paramedic-turned-EMS Medical Director.
I would also ask you to check out my webpage at http://www.omnimedicsolutions.com and visit us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/omnimedicsolutions for more educational tools and teachings. I'm a working street medic just like you guys are, and all of my apps were developed from seeing a need that hadn't been addressed yet by any other apps. I believe that "we" know what we need more than someone who isn't actually out there on the street running calls every day.
This app is not a substitute for formal CPR training, but is intended to supplement proper training, and is only intended for use by professional healthcare providers. After you have tried the app, please be sure to return to the app store and give us a feedback rating and comments.

'Anesoft ACLS Sim 2012' is the third of a series of apps from Anesoft Corporation to improve your resuscitation skills. This app enables you to rehearse megacode management - anytime, anywhere. With regular practice you will always be ready to run a full cardiac resuscitation.
You must evaluate the patient and electrocardiogram rhythm, decide on the appropriate management, and guide two assistants through the resuscitation. The assistants are skilled, but will only do what you tell them to do. You must serve as the team leader for the resuscitation efforts.
The 12 case scenarios included with this app were written by Howard Schwid, MD. The first three cover ventricular fibrillation, the next two are for pulseless ventricular tachycardia, another covers asystole, and the remainder of the cases cover the tachycardia algorithm. The Lite version includes case 1 only.
Las compresiones torácicas (masaje cardíaco externo) permiten circular sangre oxigenada por el cuerpo. El proceso consiste básicamente en apretar en el centro del tórax con el fin de comprimir el pecho.

Here are some numbers which suggest you stand a good chance of saving your family, your loved ones and probably yourself. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US (every year 225000 people die and 6 out of 1000 are prone to have a heart attack in the US). If that sounds scary, the world’s two most populous nations, India and China, each with a billion plus population, have a far more accelerating growth rate of heart attacks. As a case in point, coronary heart attack in urban India is more than ten percent and growing. Rest of the world does not differ too much either.
These growing numbers metaphorically indicate that the hearts are getting smaller and weaker, the arteries which carry blood to the heart are also getting smaller in comparison to the bulging pockets, bulging cholesterol in the arteries, the bulging stressful lives, and the bulging sedentary lifestyle we are leading.
But you can play God, e r Messenger. You can save lives. Hundreds of them. All you need is to understand and get trained on CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation). You can save people affected by heart attacks. It’s as easy as 123. CPR ensures flow of blood to the brain, even after the stoppage of a heart due to cardiac arrest, and keeps the person alive. To help you get started on CPR, we have this small little app with the latest CPR guidelines, CPR principles, legal, technical, devices, steps, etc.
In the real world, you may skip an internet connection in a trail in the Tundras or the Grand Canyon or in the Amazon rain forest, or in the Canadian Prairies, but the heart may skip a beat anywhere, for any of your loved ones. Keeping this in mind, we’ve ensured that once downloaded, this app works offline, even when there is no internet connection.
Follow the steps, saving lives is easier than you thought. Be All.
This app can be used offline.
This app is FREE.

When a cardiac emergency strikes, finding an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can help save a life. But that takes knowing where AEDs are located. PulsePoint AED lets you report and update AED locations so that emergency responders – nearby citizens trained in CPR or local firefighters, police or medics -- can find an AED close to them when a cardiac emergency occurs.
You and PulsePoint AED can help strengthen the chain of survival for cardiac arrest victims. Download PulsePoint AED for free and use it to report AED locations wherever you see one. Snap a picture, make some quick notes, and the information is stored for local authorities to verify. After that, the AED location data is made available to anyone using the PulsePoint citizen responder app (also available for free in the Google Play store). PulsePoint Respond is the app that alerts citizen responders who know CPR to local emergencies near them and also to the location of the nearest AED.
Not only do all validated AED’s become visible in the PulsePoint Respond app, all collected AED information is provided to the local emergency communications center for instant display on dispatcher consoles during calls for assistance. This allows the dispatchers to direct callers to nearby public AEDs when necessary.
PulsePoint AED is a great way to crowd-source lifesaving information. Users of PulsePoint Respond and subscribing local emergency responders all get updated information about the AEDs in their communities. With PulsePoint AED and PulsePoint Respond, citizens, responders, and care providers can work together in their communities to help victims in a cardiac emergency.
PulsePoint AED and PulsePoint Respond are produced by the PulsePoint Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering everyday citizens to provide lifesaving assistance to victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
Engineering for the applications is provided by skilled volunteers from Workday, Inc. and are marketed and implemented by Physio-Control, Inc. makers of Lifesaving Tools for Lifesaving Teams since 1955.
