Great app, but I am having an issue with the (tap & go) option. It will log me out once I try using.!! Also, here in Bahrain, we are having lots of issues on weekends with BenefitPay. The app won't work. I have updated the app, but still tap & go not working. Its crashing and showing bugs.

The new interface is not user friendly. Too much information all over the place and navigating it makes it unnecessarily time consuming and complicated. The ui is so plain, there is no contrast in the colors. Before we used the app and the options were presented before us, fawri+ and sadeem. Very simple. Now there's 2 extra steps for fawri+ confirmation. Also now we have to be careful as there are options all over the screen. Please use the old UI, if something works, there's no need to fix it.

The new UI is good but still needs more work and enhancement. For example, We used to have spelling checks when writing the payment description, but now it is not available! It looks like you defined it as a password field as the browser always suggests saving it as a password!!! Some of the functions are confusing, and you need to guess what to do. In general, I prefer the previous UI, but I believe you can fix the current one to be best of both.
