1 star because I can't give 0 DON'T USE ZAIN CASH Literally the worst app/service I've ever used. It takes at least 5 seconds to load after you click on anything. Customer support calls are not free, and they take up to 30 minutes to reply. In many transaction, it says "transaction failed", but the money in your wallet is gone with no notification. Hidden fees on literally everything. And last but not least, terrible interface.

very very bad The service is absolutely terrible; funds get held up in every transaction, and refunds are delayed. Customer service is unprofessional, and you aren't even told why the funds are being held—there is no valid reason given. It is an unprofessional company, and I will not use this wallet again; I am switching to AsiaPay.

This app is ever on high traffic,please try and advance it,its now 1week i cannot send money back at home for emergency!the app is not reliable at all!!!!upgrade your system that anytime you can transact the money!out of 5 i want to rate ¼ Try and do something about these traffic thing😒😒
