biometrics does not work. but even bigger issue is the slow acceptance/type of the PIN. If I type fast, the numbers show slow. Usually I type all the digits and only the first one is accepted by the app. Then I have to repeat few times, very slowly, which is a huge risk as the person close may figure out my PIN.

Useless. customer support is the worst. they claim to have solved the issue but didn't and then just ghost you. simply can't use the app all of a sudden. *edit 2: I added the ticket number and still no reply. so publicly they act as if they help you, but in reality 0 help.*edit3: two months later still no solution and helpdesk isn't answering anymore. horrible service. *edit4: untrue. mails from 23/1, 27/1, 3/2, 11/2 all haven't been answered by you after I told you the "solution" didn't work.

after the update I can not go into my wallet or pay anything. It does not seem to be able to connect and my Internet is fast and stable. I keep having the circle move in the wallet. update: I uninstalled the existing version and installed new....now it won't even open anymore.
