New version does not have auto fit text when zoom?
Much better now After 2yrs with my Samsung Galaxy S5 it still randomly shuts down 4 no reason & goes to not connected. I have to leave the browser alone 4 a few hrs then it will respond again. Firefox & Chrome don't do this. The settings are back which is good but I would like a button 4 settings instead of a swipe motion. I just downloaded an update, will test 4 a few months & see how it goes. Hopefully it can become my favorite browser again, hasn't been 4 a whole now.
I have to uninstall it after 1 year. I was using this browser for a year now and it had the most comfortable interface. But it has two huge drawbacks. When you switch between the apps, it keeps refreshing the current page. The same if you didn't use your smartphone for a little while and unlocked it to continue reading - it will refresh the page. 2ndly, sometimes the app would just stop. And won't save any of your tabs. Just lost couple pages I wanted to read. I just wanted a simple and comfortable browser without bugs.
Amazing Browser, A Few Problems. This browser is loaded with great features that exceeds Chrome on so many levels. There are extensions which is awesome and it's nice to have a built in ad blocker. There are great syncing features across devices which is great to have. My one issue so far is that the volume buttons don't work to scroll on every Google AMP page which is quite problematic. No Google Ads open when searching on Google and small text links have trouble opening (no magnification). Also, all tabs close when I exit the app.
Had to come back to Dolphin After using Firefox for a while, so I could share bookmarks with my PC, I had to come back to Dolphin. No other browser has the features and just overall product maturity of Dolphin. This browser and its UI were made for this platform and accounts for all of the peculiarities of Internet usage on a mobile device. Available plugins, full settings and theme sync, flash support, full screen browsing with easily accessible, but hidden, side–swipe menus, and great performance all help make this the best browser.
Samsung Tablet SM-T530 I'm always looking for a better browser, now I think I've found one. Dolphin seems to have everything that the larger browsers have including the ability to organise bookmarks in folders and sub-folders 👍, which is very important to me and hard to find in most browsers. Another plus for me is the convenient way the bookmarks and control panel slide out from the sides of the screen - this sort of user interface is easy to use. There is only one negative point I can make, and that is when I open my Outlook mail online the web page doesn't load properly 👎. Despite this I have made Dolphin my default browser and I've put Chrome on the shelf.
