Ratings and reviews

Unlike some other online banks, SG decided to send push notifications with promos, asking me to take the loan or get a discount for their insurance. It would be acceptable once in a month, sure, but with this app, 80% of my phone notifcations became some sort of scam. I had to disable notifications from this app altogether, which is not something supposed to happen with a bank app.

It's fine if you just need to check your balance or make simple transactions. Other services are buggy, broken or just absent. For example, I was trying to upload documents for an insurance claim, the upload crashed every time, I had to go to the desktop website to finish (the app is so half-baked that on the information cases there's still placeholder text in Latin). This is why e-banks, with their better developed apps, are displacing traditional banks left and right...

Promos simply wouldnt work. They send a promo, say for 50% off a better visa card, i click on it -- says technical problem and wouldnt advance anywhere. Worst UI ever -- have to type through secret codes more times than it is really needed, both on the website to which email sends me and then in the app to confirm I'm logging in, etc. The app version is the latest. "Votre demande n’a pas pu aboutir car le service est momentanément indisponible" for days... feels like false advertising
