Security is our priority, which is why we have developed the Security Pass which reinforces the security of your transactions and simplifies the validation of certain operations, such as adding a beneficiary or international transfers.

Our teams support you by all means, whatever your preference (e-mail, telephone or branch) or directly with the Secure Messaging system which allows you to exchange e-mails with your Advisor directly from the App. You can also make an appointment with an agency advisor from The App. For technical assistance, contact us at: assistance-particuliers.sg@socgen.com.

It's fine if you just need to check your balance or make simple transactions. Other services are buggy, broken or just absent. For example, I was trying to upload documents for an insurance claim, the upload crashed every time, I had to go to the desktop website to finish (the app is so half-baked that on the information cases there's still placeholder text in Latin). This is why e-banks, with their better developed apps, are displacing traditional banks left and right...

Worst customer service ever, 2 weeks ago, I deposited a check and just because it was an unusual amount of money, they just blocked all my access (card, online account...), I worked hard during my holidays and finally earned some money, and they just took it all away from me just because they doesn't know where the money come from (despite the fact that the source was written on the check), I'm really mad 😡😡😡😡, I think I'm gonna close my SG account.

Pretty awful. Need to use it to validate my security pass but all I get is message 'momentanemet indsponible' for the last 3 weeks. Deleting and reinstalling made no difference. Just can't get it to work. Anyway, why am I forced to use a phone when I have perfectly good PC access?
