This is one of the worst.bike rental apps I have ever used. First, very quick to take the advance payment. But once the payment is done, their support completely disappears. I paid full amount , didn't get any ride , and no refund. If you need any help, nobody responds properly. Instead, they start finding unnecessary issues in the documents just to avoid providing the service or refunding the money. On top of that, they keep asking the customer to move from one location to another

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I booked a bike online, but there was no staff available at the pickup location. Customer care was completely unresponsive and did not provide any proper support. Because of their negligence, I was unable to use the service. Even after this inconvenience, my refund has still not been processed. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking through this app.

We used ONN Bikes for a group trip in Jaipur. We rented three different bikes and all were in great condition. The bike rental in Jaipur hub was easy to find using the app's location. It's definitely the best way to see the forts without a car.
