worst experience ever I don't know if this was a scam or something like that, they take the booking amount without any verification and when the time comes for delivery of the bike they make excuses such as this document won't work and refuse delivery and customer support will say this is non refundable. The service was cancelled by them and still it's the customers fault.

They deserve a negative rating. Very pathetic service. My booking ID was 91889 , which I had booked but at the location I found the bike was in bad condition. Most bikes are in bad condition. I refused to take the bike then the Station Manger responded arrogantly. Now getting a refund is another task. No support and no progress in refund. Simply On Bikes Customer care are having fun. Shame on you ON BIKES. I hope you will attend me before escalating to the next level.

The hourly bike rental feature is a game-changer for quick trips. I found a bike rental near me when I was stuck without transport in Hyderabad. The booking was instant, and the app interface is very smooth. It’s much cheaper than booking a cab for just a 5km run..
