I like this app, just wish it offered the option to change start dates (ex: you start on a Weds, but forget to start the cycle until Thurs - you can't change the dates or exercises), more options for workout combinations and the same container tracking process as 21 Day Complete Reset (21 Day Fix app).. if those 3 things were updated, it'd be a 5 star app!!
