unable to login or create new account..very slow app...action not taken on time and sometimes no action at all.. useless app and services

Unusuable app. Overloaded with unnecessary features and menus upon menus, everything loads slowly, buttons are not responsive, dysfunctional search system, and of course all Baladia services are now buried inside this app so they never have to receive your reports. This is the only app EVER to cause my galaxy A54 to overheat while going through MENUS. Please study proper UI/UX and start over with a new app because this is trash. Separate maps and Baladia services. Do something right FOR ONCE.

Very good app, however, still needs improvement for example, the search suggestions to be more relevant and show distance. Also landmarks are not shown sufficiently. Also there needs satellite view to be added. I am ready to volunteer if needed to improve this app. It is such an important and really needed App.
