i don't understand what developers are doing. i am not able to set up my upi registration and previous tried for same app shown we are waiting for auto read the otp but waited for 30 min and not able to read the otp received, also there is no option to enter it manually. i am not able to use my credit card and the customer support are the worst. Just AI chat boat, no live agent support. Pethatic services.

I tried to apply using my current address. I did not get any error when I entered the pin code but on the next page it showed that it is not serviceable. It doesn't show an option to apply using permanent address pin code. It just locks the application process saying 'not eligible'. Customer care told me that this is a bug. It has been several months and they have not fixed it. It is as if they do not want customers. Fortunately, they do not make a hard cibil enquiry until this point.

I used to love using Jupiter – it was my go-to app for all my banking needs. The interface was sleek, simple, and user-friendly, making it a standout among other banking apps. However, things have changed recently. The app now feels cluttered with banners and promotions, which really takes away from the clean experience it once offered. It's also become buggy, making even basic transactions frustrating and unreliable.
