Ratings and reviews

It was convenient to deposit, but withdrawing and cashing out is complicated and error-prone. Random errors saying things like "we're experiencing delays in cloud" and customer support basically ignore my questions and make very brief, unhelpful, and vague suggestions ("Did you try restarting the app?"). It's been weeks of back and forth with support trying to withdraw my money to no avail. I have a computer science degree, and this should not be hard. They're playing with people's money...

I've tried for two days to access. First day was error message when entering my email. Second day was this message all day long: Your verification is in progress! This should take around 60 seconds. You'll be able to finish your purchase right after. We'll send you an email when your verification is complete. Followed by one saying "it's taking longer then we thought" but never completing the process. If they can't handle the basics, who knows what else

I wanted to retrieve my funds, close my account, and remove the app from my phone but this was virtually impossible. there is no way to retrieve my funds without opening a new account on a different app and transferring it there. first. The AI support was not much help. I'm not asking for millions of dollars. I have $11 in the account. All of my other financial apps are much easier to deal with.
