I'll suggest you take time to work on your app, KYC doesn't function properly as users are unable to verify information. if adress on id is different from current adress its an issue. options on app says upload file or picture but customer service says take a picture 📸. make sure the information on app is appropriate and correct. got stuck at kyc and just can't do it anymore. i will just stick to the other apps. you vérification process is as frustrating as Nala's.

This app should not have been made accessible to the public without proper trsting of all functionalities. E.g App just crashes at random, KYC does not seem to work. at signup, when you input your name and you click next,it crashes, the inbuilt support intermittently looses connection. Just a lot of work that needs to be done. I think if properly fixed and tested, it could be a great app.

It's good and fast but the app doesn't open to me each time. please what can l do to improve it.
