Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to use and I use it just about every day. But the investor level will never go up. The biggest problem I have with the app is it keeps dropping my game time by hours that I've put into playing. Most recently one of my games dropped 6 hours of play time, another dropped 5. The score never gets higher because the time played repeatedly vanishes.

I have had an issue for the past month and have reached out now for the second time for a resolution to my problem. When and if my issue is resolved I will adjust my rating but for right now I am giving this app a 1 star. I would give a lower rating if I could. I have invested a lot of time saving up for my gift cards to now wanting to cash them out and the rewards screen does not load. Then I was met with no response from the support team. Let's see if they respond this time. :)

This app has the potential to be one of the best daily check-in apps out there. The concept is great, investor level up, coin saves, interest on in-game currencies. Needs to be tested more thoroughly because the games are slow and keep crashing. Like to see more detail about the coins being saved- what type of coins, what wallet using, and some settings for the investing functionality would make Money Turn into a Must-Have.
