As of now I am giving four star because of the new update. The previous one was horrible. I was thinking to close my demat account with this broker. But this new update provides more convenience than the other one. It has the potential. Please ask your expert team to go through other apps available in the market. There is no harm in copying good things from others. However there are so many things to upgrade. The most important problem still persists is the lag, and the refresh rate.

Very poor design for a trader app to be, only fancy graphics improved, absolutely non user friendly. Old design was good. Spoilt it. Have to strain eye reading figures . Only dark view available. 2nd layer authentication password does not update automatically as in old design. Give option to revert to old version. Useless app only fancy graphics added. The open position is cumbersome as no detailed view possible. The app is a complete downgrade. Investor app is better for trading usefully.

The new app is such a drastic change and totally not user friendly, with zero options to customize buttons. Need the old app back or ability to customize this version. Cannot waste time during market hours to look for buttons and multiple clicks to reach the required info!
