yapnaa works with brands for service & repair of home appliances through one app. Home service and repair of ZeroB water purifier is available and more to join soon. Be it service repair of air conditioner, television, washing machine, dishwashers, refrigerator or microwave oven or printer, yapnaa will take care of it going ahead.
yapnaa is currently available in Bangalore. ZeroB water purifier repair, service and AMC renewal is available. Its support shall be extended in another region soon across India.
yapnaa offers simple & intuitive user interface for interaction with authorized service personals and management of product brands. Users can install, register their app in few steps before adding their products and high value accessories. Product addition is done by providing 2 information; serial number given on product plate and name of the owner. Product addition takes 1-2 working days after product addition request is submitted. Once added, app is ready to connect with their brands through call, chat or by submitting query. User could provide their feedback and raise grievances to be heard by people in authority. App routes consumer feedback to the respective product brands without any hassles to user.

User registration will help users to register all their products and connect with authorized personals. Banner on top of the app screen provides useful preventive and advisory tips for total care without infringement by unauthorized technicians.
Service history monitoring and warranty tracking of individual products takes away burden of maintaining records which becomes even more cumbersome during coordination with service teams. This feature helps consumers to maintain complete sync of records between brands and product owner.
Raising service request is as simple as 1 step process from “my product” section. User can provide detail description of the issue if he wants else yapnaa will take care from the time request is submitted.
User could also chat for troubleshooting their products for quicker repair of appliances.
Chat feature shall be updated in subsequent version.
Tracking warranty and maintenance contract (AMC) is not required to be remembered by the user. yapnaa will take care of it and notify users of action needed. If user wish to extend warranty or renew AMC, then it can be done from app’s “pay now” section.
Renewal of AMC can be done in few steps by paying signed up amount from the app. Entire processing is transparent between product brand and consumer.
Secure and transparent interaction between consumers and brand is desirable for higher confidence in the service quality, spares and cost. Spares if not from original manufacturer can damage the performance and life of the goods.
