i'm just a personal user who wanted a nice gas-tracking app, and this one fit the bill. i recently (and finally) got a new phone, and there ain't no how i've been able to sync years of receipts to the new phone. 1) i transferred the app upon setting up the phone, 2) i tried syncing from my long-established cloud account, and finally 3) i tried manually backing up to google drive (with receipts checked) and restoring that to the new phone, but nope! all i get are receipt download/sync fails.

not syncing on my apple devices, even though I purchased a platinum package. It tells me to buy it again despite showing the bought package against my subscription. Money wasted. Contacted them, but no reply till now, its been weeks. Otherwise, functionality wise, it ticks all the boxes, and it's like my personal reminder diary related to my cars when it comes to its usage. Helps me a lot. Giving 2 stars bcz of money wasted and poor customer service.

2 years of "we're looking into it. We'll fix it in next update"! Yet app still NOT LOGGING TRIPS! It was working perfectly up till about two years ago. Then it STOPPED LOGGING trips and also selects Bluetooth devices at random. Support have been contacted several times but the issue has not yet been resolved. Meanwhile, I am still paying a yearly platinum subscription and only getting a small fraction of the service I'm paying for.
