I have been using the pay version of this app since 2015 and loving it. However, it became buggy in November 2023. I tried clearing cache repeatly and reinstalling the app. But then it refused to allow me to download my data and reverted back to 2022 stats. The worse part is that I have contacted customer 6x since November with NO RESPONSE. Also when I attempt to get support via the web, it refuses, saying I must use the pay version for web support. I do! 27 MONTHS later. Still no response.

I'm getting sick and tired of this app removing the reminders every other time I have had to switch to a new device. It can't be that hard to backup and restore those items. UPDATE: the lost reminders issue must have been fixed, but there was no notification for it. Lately I've tried to access the Website to view my data, which is what my level of membership permits, but the website insists that I need to upgrade. Emailed develop with same results as last time (no response)

Dropping from 2 to 1 star. I've contacted support through two different avenues over the past month regarding sync issues and have received no response. Time to look for another app. Dropping from 5 to 2 stars. I have multiple cars and drivers. The Cloud sync is not working. I recently upgraded my phone and my new phone is missing 2 years of data for 3 of 4 vehicles. I contacted support twice with no response. I like to tool, but losing data is the one thing an app can't do. Very disappointed.
