If you have a Pay Monthly plan, view and settle your bills online no matter where you are. For Pay As You GO customers, top up your number from anywhere to make sure you’re never left without the service you need. On top of that, you can add your card details directly through the app so you can top up your number or even a friend or relative with just a few buttons!

You can:
• View your services and easily switch between them.
• View remaining data, calls and SMS on your service.
• Add cards to the app for instant payments.
• Top up friends or family with GO numbers.

As a Pay Monthly customer, you can:
• Link and view your bills online.
• Settle bills directly through the app.
• View your payment history.
• Add mobile bundles to your monthly bill (account owners only).

As a Pay as you GO customer, you can:
• Top up directly through the app.
• View your current top-up balance.
• View your top-up history and receipts.
• Add mobile bundles from your top-up balance.

The app also comes with a built-in tutorial system for all features as well as all the contact information you will need if you need to get in touch.

Good app although I have become aware that go does not have a way to deposit an exact amount to my account. This became a issue when I disposited 10 euro into my account and only got 9.62 so I had to top up an extra 5 euro to purchase the 9.99 euro Go contract. This ended up in me losing 4 euro that I will never get back. Kind regards Go user.

Hello Java. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. When you top up, there's a 4% excise tax taken from the amount of credit after you've topped up. If you want more details, have a look at this FAQ https://www.go.com.mt/support/excise-tax-2/

I tried to top up my account, and the app was giving me connection error , while going back to main page it still shows that the top up was not made , after it shows me that 3 top ups were made , when I contacted support their answer was simply that they won't refund you your money , take it from me , Go is as bad and unreliable as Epic , I shall switch to mellieta.

Avoid installing this app PLEASE It reels you in with the convenience of topping up in a moment and the exclusive bundles, but it is purposefully designed to steal money from you. It lists a erroneous time to when the internet bundle will end(so as to trick you into thinking you have more time left), and when it ends earlier than it lists on the app, it doesn't warn you, so they can charge you the exorbitant "standard" rate. You are MUCH better off topping up by texting them the old way.
