Great muscle diagrams I was really confused about what exercises I should be doing for my lower back, but this app has given me at least 4 new exercises I didn't know about, like the cable squat and flat bench extensions. There are great tips on stretches and warm ups etc. The illustrations and muscle diagrams really help me to "see" what my muscles are doing when I'm working out. The fact that you can search by exercise or by muscle group is really good. I'd like to hear Craig talking about technique and his training routine, so perhaps there could be a podcast with Craig on a future update?
