I was using Spotify free for maybe 6 months and after a while I got really tired of not being able to choose my music but if I went back to YT Music no background play so this is a great balance. Sure there are ads but not while listening to music and dis otherwise basically Spotify and it also has music videos although sometimes I have had trouble with those. Overall a wonderful app that gets the job done.

does what it says in the box. originally with a low number of ads when you use it free compared to spotify; I dropped the five bucks and never hear a word since (not five subscription, five period) from ads. my review was one star because it didn't play much for about three weeks. dev updated the app, updated me on it and it plays a bunch without issue again. thanks much, its nice to have my music back.

I got this app before it was finalized, however, I did get the subscription since it was a one time payment taking away ads for early users. I still use this app, and it's nice most of the time. However, there are times I pick a song and it plays a completely different song from the same album, but if I look up the song I do want, it will just not play it at times. This usually occurs when I listen to music on this particular app too much. It's frustrating. But somewhat tolerable.
