To check the balance & Pay the bills, nice app. But... There are 2 things that I want to be included in this app! 1ˢᵗ is speed. This is 2021, and all the apps are faster than a website. I'm not saying it is sluggish. But it would be nice & cool if it was faster than it is now. 2ⁿᵈ I have 2 different plans. An Amilla Postpaid & a Fibre broadband. It would come in very handy, if there's a feature to check both of the accounts plan without having to log-out Every Single time.

They reduced the data you get from some packages by a huge amount like 7GB cut down to 4GB WTH and you can only reload a maximum of 500 rf at a time and you dont get the data you bought for sometime, i keep checking but no data when is it coming every time taking so long like what are you doing the updates are only making the app look bad like missing details in packages, i showed the app to a oreedhoo user and they so confused, im honestly thinking about switching.

This app is just nice to look! If u recharge from it the top up will take 20-30mins by that time you could ask some random guy and got a reload faster! And the whole network is full of problem lately I got a data sim and it's been more than a month I have been trying to activate data add on or at the least recharge! Last night I could recharge and balance was shown in app but this morning it's gone they told that I haven't been recharged due to recharge and data activation technical issues! 😡F
