this app is very essential and helpful indeed, but why most of the time it fails to scan the back code on sim reg and swap, you need to fix it for quick and easy use!!

You might be wondering like why two star , okay thing is I believe this application was actually made for two major functions 1)sim registration 2)sim swap And to my frustration , you guys have terminated sim swap like why ???? Okay you want people to buy new sim cards once they misplace there old ones , try to reintroduce that swap option for the application otherwise MIT turns to be very tiresome

Have downloaded it, but am failing to run it... need orientation on the very first step, once opened it's asking to insert the number and have tried inserting but it's showing that the number is not registered. Help me coz am a TNM agent and am having lots of customer sim card to register.
