The icanbank banking application is designed to provide users with a comprehensive experience in managing their personal finances. Available for iOS and Android devices, this tool offers a robust set of functionalities that allow customers to bank, configure their products and manage their accounts simply, securely and efficiently. The available functions are described in detail below:

Onboarding and Savings Account Opening.
The application makes it easy to open savings accounts completely digitally. Through a guided process, the user can create their credentials, complete identity validation and register their data.

Opening of second accounts.
Feature dedicated to customers who want to open more than one savings account under the same account holder.

Transfers.
The application allows you to make different types of bank transfers, with options that adjust to the client's needs:

Transfers between own accounts. Immediate and free transfers between accounts of the same owner.

Transfers to third parties in icanbank and Banco Azteca Panamá.

Immediate and free transfers to other third-party accounts in the same bank. Customers can add favorite beneficiaries and make transfers faster.

International transfers. Enables the sending of money to foreign accounts of the same owner, complying with international standards.

Fixed Term Investments
The application offers the possibility of opening fixed-term deposits, allowing the client to select the amount and the stipulated term in 1, 2 or 3 years, providing specific interest rates for each period of time. Clients can check the status of each fixed term and simulate the performance of new deposits.

Digital Token
To increase security in operations, the application offers the security mechanism called Digital Token. This token generates one-time-use (OTP) codes necessary to authorize sensitive transactions, providing an additional layer of fraud protection.

Customer Support
Users can access a support center that includes: Frequently Asked Questions, Tariff, WhatsApp communication channel and email

Password and Email Recovery:
Flows so that the client can recover their access credentials in case of forgetting or losing them.

My Finances
The My Finances section offers tools for personal financial control. Clients will be able to: consult their income and expenses, categorize expense movements in the 6 available categories and apply filters to consult by account, time period

Product Configuration.
The application allows customers to personalize and manage information about their banking products, as well as their balances.

Beneficiaries
The application offers the possibility that customers can add, edit and delete beneficiaries who will receive the funds from their products in the event of the physical disappearance of the owner of the products

My documents
The application provides a secure repository where contracts, documents and forms associated with your products and that have been digitally authorized are stored.
