Got to the part where you need to blink and it tells me my picture is not the same as my document. Tried a different document (my valid passport) and it told me my document wasn't an original. Tried to ask for help through the app but the chat was very slow and gave no helpful response. So I can't even sign up and no one can help. Incredibly frustrating!

I can't open the app , it marks me update but when I did it , open again the same prompt that indicates update the app. Is anybody can you help me please? I've been tried uninstalling and installing again but the issue is not solve yet.

Freezes won't let you modify details and then crashes the phone - whole phone stops working properly. Se congela y traba al teléfono tanto que se hace inoperable
