To access the application it is necessary to activate it before the S.M.T.P. , Come from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the area of systems and radio communication, as well as contact your Municipal Police to carry out your paperwork, presenting the following documentation:
1.- IFE or INE
2.- Email
3.- Telephone Number where the Application will be installed
Requirements for your application:
a) Android 6.1 or higher system
b) Internet access
c) GPS Activated
Functions that the Application has:
1.- Gender Alert Button
2.- Citizen Alert Button
(These functions are activated when the user presses the button for more than 4 seconds)
3.- Emergency Call Button
(This gives you the number of your Municipal Police)
6 Additional Buttons which offer you the following tools:
1.- Citizen Complaint: This allows you to request support through a brief description of what happens in the place, the location, accompanied by a photograph.
2.- My quadrant: It provides you with your current location and the telephone number of the person in charge of the quadrant, allows you to contact you directly.
3.-Public Services: It allows you to request to manage all kinds of services such as:
WATER, PUBLIC LIGHTING, BACHES, DRAINAGE, FAILURE OF TRAFFIC LIGHT, LIGHT, TREE PRUNING AND GARBAGE COLLECTION.
4.-News and Publications: It allows you to know the different activities carried out by Public Safety and the Ixtapaluca City Council.
5.- Social Networks: Get to know each of our pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp.
6.-Suggestion Box: In this function, we await your comments regarding Security and the Services provided by your Town Hall.
