MAYA is the official app of the Government of the State of Quintana Roo, created to provide women with a comprehensive tool for prevention, guidance, and safety, available at all times.

It is part of the state's zero-tolerance strategy for violence and is designed so that no woman faces a risky situation alone.

With MAYA you can:

• Activate an emergency alert and share your real-time location
• Access 24/7 professional support chat
• Take the "Are You Experiencing Violence?" test with personalized risk analysis
• Consult the map of Care Units
• Share your route in real time with trusted contacts
• Access safety content and protection plans
• Strengthen your independence with job opportunities, scholarships, and training

Privacy Protection
MAYA includes an optional feature that allows you to temporarily modify the app's appearance on your device. This tool is designed exclusively to protect user privacy in sensitive situations and can be enabled or disabled at any time in the settings.
