Overall it's an okay app, that does make installment payments easy, but I'm really mad about my points. The cash vouchers are always fully redeemed, and what's left for you to buy with your points is lucky draws or vouchers to stores you're not even interested in. There's nothing rewarding about the points system, and it feels like a huge disrespect to your loyal customers, because we're just forced to either use our points on things we don't want or watch them expire.

I would really like to know the exact time a transaction was made. Besides that, there's a problem whenever I pay for fuel and I have some change, it will glitch out (idk how to explain). You guys should really check it out. My guess is whenever there's a refund it can't process it immediately. I hope the dev team can fix it, because it's quite a headache to think whether what was billed is actually the correct amount or not.

dont use atome card. the interest rate is 9% for 3 month installment. and for 6 month installment is 18% . so that mean ,interest rate is 36% for 1 year . corect me if i am wrong. or maybe atome app is making mistake in the instalment repayment. i dont think the rate is in accordance to BNM guideline. compare to credit card by bank or like aeon, the interest rate does make sense. @18% yearly. or maybe lower
