not gonna use this apps anymore, bad experience.. I cancelled the item, merchant already notify and refund me for 1st payment, didn't even receive the item,.. but Atome still auto deduct the 2nd payment n had the audacity to ask me to pay for the 3rd payment.. They cannot resolve the issue n told me this happened to lots of people.. what the..

Can't get past the sign-up page. Clicking the request button for the 4-digit verification code (SMS/WhatsApp) causes my phone to freeze and automatically restart. I'm using the latest Android version and have tried switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the crash keeps happening.

Download the app and key in the card payment info based on seller's instruction. Unable to press QR scan with "Sorry, your request cant be processed at the moment." Submitted ticket for customer service, albeit the response is fast but provide no resolution and cant tell the reason why i have this issue.
