Apps are supposed to make your life easier but this gave me a lot of problems. Takes few days to go back and forth to register the Sharp product. It seems just for the trouble they caused me, from becoming a 10-years loyal customer.... it will be my LAST purchase from Sharp. Really wasting my time on the App !

Terrible, no one responds to you in app and their live chat is practically useless, my washing machine broke down after 7 months of use and i could not get any one from Sharp to help - ending up calling a third party to come instead. What use is your warranty if i still have to get outside help.

The live chat always no response or late response. Don't see a point of having this app. I purchased one TV during an event on 12.10.2023 and they promised to give one free vacuum, which supposed to be delivered to me in about 2-4 weeks from my purchase . But didn't receive any free gift until now. I called to the careline for enquiries and the customer service doesn't sound friendly and abit rude. Regret in purchasing the TV from sharp. Very unhappy experience dealing with sharp.
