How it works:
-Opt in this FREE add-on when you purchase a motor insurance or policy with us
-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

This APP is not user friendly. Unable to upload photo to file travel claim. And, purchase annual trip plan, but the subsequent travel/trip info not captured in the record and didn't receive the notification. Furthermore, the helpdesk chat not working well, keep waiting and connections is drop! Really upset with it.

The Etiqa App is poor. it can't recognise my phone no and my name while my profile displays my phone number correctly. The App asked me to call customer service. I called and the CS told me everything is fine. After that tried again, same also. every time login needs to enter my policy reference number, very troublesome. hope the CS can call me to verify and import the App

Congratulations on losing on of your customers. Whatever your update did, I can't log in into my account TO RENEW MY CAR INSURANCE POLICY. great job. I'll just move over to shopee to get my insurance. They seem more promising than this app seems to be. Or pretend to be. 😪😪😪 Can't rate 0 stars, but you guys really deserve nothing for this buggy mess. Uninstalling, and never returning as a customer.
