-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

Huge improvement for the drive less, save more. Other improvement on gui but I will wait for their update. Main thing is, easy accessibility. If the app isn't user friendly, then people will start to complain. The down side is that drive less, save more won't work after evening.

Awful!!! I was reaching out for help on the live chat options. After waiting for a long time to reach a live support agent, I was suddenly kicked out from the live chat room and logged out from the app. When I tried to get into the live chat room again, my session was already refreshed and I needed to get in queue again! Very awful implementation of the live chat functionality.

I bought travel insurance. I did not receive the policy through e.mail. I wad forced to download not user friendly app to view the policy. After register I cannot login with the password. Reset password cannot be sent to the register e.mail. Contacted customer service, no response. They work from 9am -5pm.only. Regret buying the Etiqa travel insurance.

What’s new

This update adds a new feature allowing users to track non-Etiqa car coverage expiry dates. We’ve also enhanced Travel Claims and improved policy management across Etiqa+.
