-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

Huge improvement for the drive less, save more. Other improvement on gui but I will wait for their update. Main thing is, easy accessibility. If the app isn't user friendly, then people will start to complain. The down side is that drive less, save more won't work after evening.

Awful!!! I was reaching out for help on the live chat options. After waiting for a long time to reach a live support agent, I was suddenly kicked out from the live chat room and logged out from the app. When I tried to get into the live chat room again, my session was already refreshed and I needed to get in queue again! Very awful implementation of the live chat functionality.

After registration & buying travel insurance I have encountered issue with the Nomination section where address can't be accepted. No matter how we put whatever format still didn't accept. Now today pop up message Error Retrieving Nomination Information when open app. The app should be more flexible & user friendly to customer. Hope app developer will look into it. Thank you.

What’s new
