-Remember to activate this add-on via the app by submitting your vehicle’s odometer reading. Don’t worry, SMS reminders will be sent.
-Once the add-on is successfully activated, you can submit your cash rebate request via the app by uploading your vehicle’s odometer reading anytime during your policy’s active period

Huge improvement for the drive less, save more. Other improvement on gui but I will wait for their update. Main thing is, easy accessibility. If the app isn't user friendly, then people will start to complain. The down side is that drive less, save more won't work after evening.

Can't process credit cards. Bad user journey. I keyed in all my details. And the credit card payment can't be processed. I got an email with the message: Invalid Data Element Format Or Value, billAddrCountry. What does that even mean. And the screen just takes me to an etiqa blog. Doesn't even say my payment failed or why. Really bad experience and user journey.

The new version 7.0.4 (3034) is very annoying and too much hassle to use and navigate compared to older version (Oct2025 and older). * significant longer loading & processing times * odometer reading photo snap too sensitive. The app camera too bright that it had difficulty reading the odometer correctly, thus failed the step repeatedly. * the app won't allow me to submit the reading if it not higher than previous reading. What's the point of the slogan 'driving less then'??
