Digital banks are good, but they do not support FPX, and GXBank is not available on all platforms, unlike traditional banks. Therefore, sellers, such as Shopee sellers, cannot withdraw money to their GXBank accounts. However, I hope GXBank will support FPX and be available on all platforms. If GXBank offers all of these features, it could become the best digital bank.

When I try to login,the apps want you to put at least rm20 to active account.I did it with Public Bank Account and try to send the money it's say invalid request again and again.Then there's one time I succeed in sending it (the money) to active the account,it's still won't active.Meanwhile my bank apps say it's transferred already.Please Fix this ASAP

I accidentally clicked loan account application as it asked in between when I was signing up my new saving account. I don't want to proceed but it stuck at the uploading document page. I can't even go back to any other pages. Please fix it
