The app is OK but the usability and user experience has a lot of room for improvement. One example having a premium account which has 10 currencies - can you have a setting to hide all curencies that have 0 value please. Showing all all the time and not even being able to sort is making the app and web banking really tedious.

The app doesn't even allow easy payment of credit card bills, not even from my HSBC savings account. In general it is difficult to carry out any banking transactions using the app. All one can do is check balances, and even those aren't updated until a few days later, in some cases.

The worst and coward banking app . Always unable to login and did not show what is the reason, I try to call customer service and the service replied use the app. The problem I cannot login the app. I have visited the bank at least 3 times to deal with this unable to login issue. They even don't know what the problem. The app very sensitive and can easily prevent you from logging in. This make me cannot see balance and unable to make payment. Better stop using this bank entirely.
