Very disappointing experience. The app keeps crashing and I’m frequently unable to log in. The worst part is that I had money stored in the app balance, but now I’ve lost access to it because the app isn’t working properly. Done uninstalling, using other parking apps.

Please fix your system, I have paid for one day later in noon suddenly I received ticket for not paying and suddenly in my app the paid parking gone in the system. And your system did not mention any fail transaction instead the system deducted my money. Fix and check your system.

The app sometime cant auto switch the actual location, when the time confirm location it will switch back to previous location. cant 1 time download all the receipt per month. And different area need go in 0ne by one
