Ratings and reviews

I like the app, a couple of suggestions : 1. don't ask where i want to pay to, just auto default the correct majlis perbandaran because i don't know which is the correct one anyway, 2. Give a clear alarm when parking is finished so that people can top up if necessary. This will complement the 10 minute warning which may have been missed due to its notification setting being soft. Thanks!

Horrible customer service! All my credits were gone after they updated. Tried calling the so called hotline number they listed on their website. It's an invalid number. Left a message in the contact us page. No answer. My Account friend has advised me to write in to Bank Negara. I'm doing this right now, and, I urge you do the same too. This is a scam!

Parking in Selangor have always been a nightmare, and not forgetting the parking machines on the street doesn't work most of the time, and the paper parking coupons! Thank you to the team that made this app happened! Just hope that the instructions on app can be improved, it should be more intuitive, like a button that literally says "Pay Parking", wanted to pay parking just now but had to test a few buttons. Great effort nonetheless
