Bad Customer Support. Few years ago, the customer support was fast, professional and helpful. Now I just want to confirm and settle something with the help of customer support that needs to spend almost a few hours. Fast Response and settle my case then close lo. keep waiting and waiting. add more stuff.

This app crashes every single time I want to register new number. What am I supposed to do??? I emailed the CS but no reply yet. I uninstalled, cleared cache and data and installed again. Restart the phone. Nothing works!!!! Why do you have to be so dependent on this app???? why cant I just do it on web? why do I have to go to an app to register and then nothing works. What a waste of time. Hey developer, fix this problem please. This is annoying beyond words

I live in Platinum Splendor (KL), but the network is terrible. The app shows a "network alert" in this area, but it’s been there for weeks with no fix. I have screenshots proving this persistent neglect. Fix the Setapak coverage! Also, be careful with top-ups. I usually get the RM40 plan (300GB + free calls), but they have a "trap" RM40 plan with way less data and NO calls. It feels like a scam to trick loyal users.
