Ratings and reviews

This app just simply won't work even if you're using high speed WiFi to buy data. Every other apps requiring internet works just fine except for this app. This made me want to consider switching to other mobile network. Pls don't make it inconvenient for your users.

Very buggy and seems those bug never being fixed. Since last month I was trying to top up using debit card, and the app keep loading after I clicked the amount. I ended up to pay using TnGo which caused me lost the top up bonus RM 5. This month the same issue still persist, really annoying.

Works pretty well but there are some down sides. 1. No refresh button. After reload or renew plan, the app wont update automatically, instead need to kill the app and restart it. 2. Why no multiple number feature? Maybe i use hotlink in both my simcard slot, am i supposed to buy a new phone to manage the other line? Perhaps even option to manage lines under other people like my parents in the same app? 3. Keeps logging me off for no reason after certain time.
