I’m extremely frustrated with Hotlink Maxis. Every time the app updates, it forces me to log in again. Because of that, I did not receive any proper notification or reminder to renew my SIM card, and now my SIM has been terminated. This is unacceptable. A customer should not lose their number just because the app keeps logging them out and fails to notify them properly. Very disappointing experience.

App sucks, verification process keeps failing for no reason. I tried 9 times only then it allows me to verify. I was in a rush so this really frustrated me. then the line, it's Soo damn inconsistent, one minute I'm having smooth internet, next minute my computer says that there's no internet connection. I regret buying the data plan and hope ot switch ASAP.

Hotlink removed the send report function in the app, now if you need to report must call hotline number. Such a hassle, wasting time to call hotline when previously I can just easily write report. Have been experiencing slow browsing for 5 days now and my location in the app isn't even accurate. Waste of money and time.
