I'm lost for words. The apps can only have my 2 last devices that I used to own I updated on the new device. Yet, there's no other option. Its still the 2 old devices. How to update when the apps doesn't update the market new phone. Still stuck on 10 years old phone model. Kindly update. You're the icon on Malaysia bank. I feel embarrass n frustrated. Can't update. Can't do my banking. Give me a break. Maybank. You have been disappointing me since day one. Can't help because you have most branc

I can't even transfer money to other accounts without a pop-up telling me that I have not activated Secure2U on MAE, but the problem is that I can't even download MAE because play store says its incompatible with my device. So everytime I enter the transfer tab the pop-up appears and brings me back to the home screen, I try again and it's the same thing repeating all over again which is preventing me from transferring money to other people's accounts.

If you have a joint account it is a nightmare to do banking...hate this new app. The old app was much better. Some days I can't even access my receipts to forward as proof of payment. Apps are to make life easier, this isn't the case with this Bank.

Hi, sorry for any inconvenience experienced. We would suggest you clear your device data by performing the following steps:- Go to 'Setting' - Go to 'Apps' - Select 'MAE' - Select 'Storage' - Clear Data & Cache -Relaunch the MAE App. Alternatively, you can reprint the receipt in our MAE app, Login >Accounts>View Transactions>M2U History. Thank you.
